Submission of this form merely lets us know what you are ordering. Within a few days of order submission, you will receive an invoice via email listing your ordered items and total cost. You will pay after you receive your invoice. You will be able to pay by check or by using Zelle electronic payment (no credit cards). The mailing address for checks and the Zelle email will be included on the invoice.
